GCH1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,007 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCH1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GBP5, TAPBP, and WARS1. Each is linked with GCH1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCH1-to-partner and partner-to-GCH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GCH1 versus GBP5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
