Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,393 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GCH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GZMH, KLRD1, and CCL4. Each is linked with GCH1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCH1-to-partner and partner-to-GCH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GCH1 versus GZMH in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
