Across TCGA cell cohorts, GCH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,047 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GCH1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of nitric-oxide synthase activity, Positive regulation of oxidoreductase activity, and Neuromuscular process controlling posture. Each is linked with GCH1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCH1-to-partner and partner-to-GCH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of nitric-oxide synthase activity grouped by GCH1-low versus GCH1-high in LIVER.
