GCFC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCFC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,105 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCFC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR5, ZNF638, and GCFC2_S180. Each is linked with GCFC2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCFC2-to-partner and partner-to-GCFC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GCFC2 versus WDR5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCFC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCFC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
