GCFC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCFC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,660 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCFC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are VRK1, NEK2, and CSE1L. Each is linked with GCFC2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCFC2-to-partner and partner-to-GCFC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GCFC2 versus VRK1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCFC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCFC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
