GCFC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCFC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,153 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCFC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGAM1P9, MIR575, and RAC1P7. Each is linked with GCFC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCFC2-to-partner and partner-to-GCFC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PGAM1P9 grouped by GCFC2-low versus GCFC2-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCFC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCFC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
