GCFC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCFC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCFC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are S6_pS240_S244, TIGAR, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with GCFC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCFC2-to-partner and partner-to-GCFC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, S6_pS240_S244 grouped by GCFC2-low versus GCFC2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCFC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCFC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
