GCAT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCAT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,465 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCAT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF4ENIF1, POLDIP3, and KIAA1671. Each is linked with GCAT in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCAT-to-partner and partner-to-GCAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GCAT versus EIF4ENIF1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
