GCA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GCA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 872 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GCA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3978, MIR8070, and FOXRED2. Each is linked with GCA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GCA-to-partner and partner-to-GCA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3978 grouped by GCA-low versus GCA-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GCA→partner) and Y-score (partner→GCA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
