GBX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GBX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 149 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GBX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL32P1, MIR1237, and CYCSP25. Each is linked with GBX2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GBX2-to-partner and partner-to-GBX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL32P1 grouped by GBX2-low versus GBX2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GBX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GBX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
