GBP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GBP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,221 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GBP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APOL3, GBP1, and GBP5. Each is linked with GBP2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GBP2-to-partner and partner-to-GBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GBP2 versus APOL3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
