Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GBP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,975 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNFSF13B, IL21R, and CD86. Each is linked with GBP2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GBP2-to-partner and partner-to-GBP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GBP2 versus TNFSF13B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
