Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, Rab25, and Di-Ras3. Each is linked with GBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GBP2-to-partner and partner-to-GBP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4G grouped by GBP2-low versus GBP2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
