Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, GBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT77, CST11, and OR5M11. Each is linked with GBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GBP2-to-partner and partner-to-GBP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT77 grouped by GBP2-low versus GBP2-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
