GBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,086 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02559, CKS1BP6, and RPL22P22. Each is linked with GBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GBP1-to-partner and partner-to-GBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02559 grouped by GBP1-low versus GBP1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
