GBGT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GBGT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GBGT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CST2, ASPN, and IL17F. Each is linked with GBGT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GBGT1-to-partner and partner-to-GBGT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CST2 grouped by GBGT1-low versus GBGT1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GBGT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GBGT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
