GBF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GBF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GBF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and NF-kB-p65_pS536. Each is linked with GBF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GBF1-to-partner and partner-to-GBF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by GBF1-low versus GBF1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GBF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GBF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
