Across TCGA cell cohorts, GBF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,387 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GBF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum exit site, COPI-coated vesicle budding, and Golgi transport vesicle coating. Each is linked with GBF1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GBF1-to-partner and partner-to-GBF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum exit site grouped by GBF1-low versus GBF1-high in PANCREAS.
