GBF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GBF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,099 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GBF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WFDC13, ABCG4, and PRSS55. Each is linked with GBF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GBF1-to-partner and partner-to-GBF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WFDC13 grouped by GBF1-low versus GBF1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GBF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GBF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
