GBE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GBE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,990 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GBE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLOD2, ITGA5, and P4HA2. Each is linked with GBE1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GBE1-to-partner and partner-to-GBE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GBE1 versus PLOD2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GBE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GBE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
