Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GBE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,066 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GBE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSHZ3, PLOD2, and LNCSRLR. Each is linked with GBE1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GBE1-to-partner and partner-to-GBE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GBE1 versus TSHZ3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GBE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GBE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
