The most reproducible GBE1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Polysaccharide biosynthetic process, Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly, and Glycogen biosynthetic process. Each is linked with GBE1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GBE1-to-partner and partner-to-GBE1 results are reported.
