GBA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GBA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,757 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GBA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-75P, MIR3661, and RNA5SP198. Each is linked with GBA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GBA2-to-partner and partner-to-GBA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-75P grouped by GBA2-low versus GBA2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GBA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GBA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
