GBA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GBA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,816 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GBA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RGP1, TESK1, and UBAP2. Each is linked with GBA2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GBA2-to-partner and partner-to-GBA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GBA2 versus RGP1 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GBA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GBA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
