GBA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GBA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 97 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GBA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNG, WFDC12, and TPD52L3. Each is linked with GBA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GBA2-to-partner and partner-to-GBA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNG grouped by GBA2-low versus GBA2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GBA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GBA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
