GBA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GBA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GBA-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZSCAN1, PNLIPRP1, and C3orf85. Each is linked with GBA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GBA-to-partner and partner-to-GBA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZSCAN1 grouped by GBA-low versus GBA-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GBA→partner) and Y-score (partner→GBA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
