Across TCGA patient cohorts, GATD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 8,874 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GATD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRAS, EGFR, and TP53. Each is linked with GATD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GATD1-to-partner and partner-to-GATD1 results are reported.
