GATD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GATD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,643 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GATD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPG2, CDC25C, and RACGAP1. Each is linked with GATD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GATD1-to-partner and partner-to-GATD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GATD1 versus NCAPG2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GATD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GATD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
