Across TCGA cell cohorts, GATD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,810 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GATD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Methylglyoxal metabolic process, Response to methylglyoxal, and Cellular response to methylglyoxal. Each is linked with GATD1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GATD1-to-partner and partner-to-GATD1 results are reported.
