GATD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GATD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GATD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM7, DAZ4, and EPPIN. Each is linked with GATD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GATD1-to-partner and partner-to-GATD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAM7 grouped by GATD1-low versus GATD1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GATD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GATD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
