Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GATAD1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GATAD1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher GATAD1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GATAD1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, SKCM, and CHOL are the cancer types where GATAD1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
