GATA6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GATA6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,188 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GATA6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FRZB, HSPB6, and OLFML1. Each is linked with GATA6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GATA6-to-partner and partner-to-GATA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GATA6 versus FRZB in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GATA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→GATA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
