GATA6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GATA6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GATA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, A-Raf_pS299, and Gab2. Each is linked with GATA6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GATA6-to-partner and partner-to-GATA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by GATA6-low versus GATA6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GATA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→GATA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
