GATA6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GATA6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GATA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM48, SPANXN4, and C1orf141. Each is linked with GATA6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GATA6-to-partner and partner-to-GATA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM48 grouped by GATA6-low versus GATA6-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GATA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→GATA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
