GATA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GATA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,727 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GATA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBKBP1, EEFSEC, and PTPRS. Each is linked with GATA2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GATA2-to-partner and partner-to-GATA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GATA2 versus TBKBP1 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GATA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GATA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
