GAST

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GAST RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,122 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAST-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to indole-3-methanol, Cellular response to indole-3-methanol, and Positive regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay. Each is linked with GAST in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAST-to-partner and partner-to-GAST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAST→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
