GASK1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GASK1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GASK1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, JNK_pT183_Y185, and JNK2. Each is linked with GASK1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GASK1B-to-partner and partner-to-GASK1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by GASK1B-low versus GASK1B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GASK1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→GASK1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
