Across TCGA cell cohorts, GASK1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,731 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GASK1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of epithelial cell proliferation, Negative regulation of actin filament polymerization, and Positive regulation of ER to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Each is linked with GASK1B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GASK1B-to-partner and partner-to-GASK1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of epithelial cell proliferation grouped by GASK1B-low versus GASK1B-high in BONE.
