Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GASK1A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GASK1A data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher GASK1A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GASK1A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV, COAD, and KICH are the cancer types where GASK1A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
