GAS8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAS8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,310 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAS8-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX15, CENPU, and CD8A. Each is linked with GAS8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAS8-to-partner and partner-to-GAS8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX15 grouped by GAS8-low versus GAS8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
