GAS8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GAS8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAS8-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRSS58, OCM2, and OR52N1. Each is linked with GAS8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAS8-to-partner and partner-to-GAS8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRSS58 grouped by GAS8-low versus GAS8-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
