GAS7

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GAS7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,501 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAS7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCVRN, SLC22A17, and FOXD2. Each is linked with GAS7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAS7-to-partner and partner-to-GAS7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GAS7 versus RCVRN in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
