GAS7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GAS7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 493 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAS7-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNTG2, DDHD1, and PPP4R3A. Each is linked with GAS7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAS7-to-partner and partner-to-GAS7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNTG2 grouped by GAS7-low versus GAS7-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
