GAS6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAS6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,495 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAS6-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAS6-DT, TMEM255B, and COL6A2. Each is linked with GAS6 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAS6-to-partner and partner-to-GAS6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GAS6 versus GAS6-DT in SARC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAS6→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAS6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
