Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GAS2L2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GAS2L2 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher GAS2L2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GAS2L2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and LSCC are the cancer types where GAS2L2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
