GAS2L2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAS2L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,407 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAS2L2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAPS, SPATA18_S276, and TTC25_S542. Each is linked with GAS2L2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAS2L2-to-partner and partner-to-GAS2L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GAS2L2 versus CAPS in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAS2L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAS2L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
