GAS2L2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAS2L2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,287 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAS2L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPEF1, GUCY2F, and TSNAXIP1. Each is linked with GAS2L2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAS2L2-to-partner and partner-to-GAS2L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GAS2L2 versus SPEF1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAS2L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAS2L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
