GAS2L2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAS2L2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,606 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAS2L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD4-17, AOC2, and RNA5SP150. Each is linked with GAS2L2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAS2L2-to-partner and partner-to-GAS2L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD4-17 grouped by GAS2L2-low versus GAS2L2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAS2L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAS2L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
