Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAS2L1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,658 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GAS2L1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein-containing complex disassembly, Establishment or maintenance of bipolar cell polarity, and Glycerophospholipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with GAS2L1P1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAS2L1P1-to-partner and partner-to-GAS2L1P1 results are reported.
