GAS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,704 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GAS2_S282, WDR19, and IFT122. Each is linked with GAS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAS2-to-partner and partner-to-GAS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GAS2 versus GAS2_S282 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
